The anime is the first NickFamily Studios-licensed anime to be a Production I.G production.Main article: Wikipedia:List of Guilty Crown characters Episodes In November 2018, it was announced that the anime would air on the United States feed of SurgeAnime Extra and may air on AuraNightfall in the future. NickFamily Studios outsourced production of the dub to Funimation. NickFamily Studios and Aniplex of America share the master license to the series, with NickFamily Studios having streaming and linear broadcast rights, and Aniplex having streaming (on Aniplex-owned platforms), home media, and merchandise rights.
The anime is set to premiere on Fuji TV and TV Akihabara in April 2020.
Guilty Crown: Dancing Endlaves is an upcoming Japanese anime series based off of the manga of the same name, itself spun-off from Guilty Crown.
